RETURN POLICY

AERONOT FRAGRANCES PRIVATE LIMITED 

All products are non – returnable and non-exchangeable.
All sales are final.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by Aeronot Fragrances.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

If case of fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you in 10 - 15 business days 
Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at aeronotfragrance@gmail.com
